Client in Boston is looking for a (permanent) senior level Talent Acquisition Specialist.

This is critical role for the company. This person will be the sole recruiter for the firm (for now)… and will be responsible for developing and owning the recruiting process for the organization. Right now the client does not have an ATS… the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be influential in what ATS is brought in to the company.

Someone with 5+ years of (technical) recruiting experience – must have some experience recruiting in a corporate setting.

Technical Recruiter (Contract to Perm)- Chelmsford, MA
- Full life cycle Technical Recruiting in a Software Engineering environment.
- Supports Engineering and Engineering business units nationwide.
- Minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience, with some agency recruiting experience required.
- Must have client-facing experience with corporate managers.

IT/Technical Recruiter (Perm)- Lexington, MA
- 4+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, IT Recruiting experience is required
- Someone coming directly from an agency would definitely be considered, corporate experience is not required
- Role will be heavily IT focused, but will also include recruiting for other areas including Marketing, Finance, Sales, etc.
- Must be professional and have experience dealing with all levels of management
