From the North:
- Take I-93 South. Just south of the Hooksett toll booths, the highway splits. Stay in the left lanes to get to Route 293 (I-93 South is a right exit).
- Continue on Route 293 to the exit for Route 101 West/293 East (near Macy's). This is where Route 293 and Everett Turnpike split (Exit 2). Stay in right lane.
- Take first exit after the split, following the signs for Route 101 West/Bedford.
- Stay in the right lane of the exit ramp. Merge onto South River Road .
- Continue straight on South River Road approximately 1 mile.
- The EastPoint Executive Center is the second building on the right, just after you cross the bridge.
From the South:
- Take I-93 North to New Hampshire.
- Follow signs for Route 293/Route 101 West.
- Follow 293/101 West past the Mall of New Hampshire and over the Merrimack River . Stay on 101W.
- Move into the left lanes over the river staying on 101W.
- Take the second right exit for HWY 3. (Do NOT take the prior exit marked Toll Road HWY 3/Everett Turnpike).
- Stay in the right lane of the exit ramp. Merge onto South River Road.
- Continue straight on South River Road approximately 1 mile.
- The EastPoint Executive Center is the second building on the right, just after you cross the bridge.
From Points South/West I-495, Everett Turnpike:
- From I-495, take Route 3 North towards Nashua.
- Stay on Route 3 North into New Hampshire (Route 3 becomes the Everett Turnpike in NH).
- Get off at Exit 12 (50¢ toll).
- Turn right at the end of the exit ramp.
- Take a left at the light onto South River Road .
- Continue straight on South River Road approximately 4.2 miles.
- The EastPoint Executive Center is located on the left side just opposite entrance to the FairField Inn.
